June ‘25 MA/MAPD enrollment observations

1/ MA/MAPD enrollment count growth lags last year, though June was up.

  • MA/MAPD enrollment count grew another 111,715 (May '25 - June '25)

  • Up compared to 97,584 growth last year (May '24 - June '24)

  • YTD MA/MAPD enrollment count up 872,786 (2.57%) YTD (Dec. '24 - June '25)

  • down compared to last year 1,427,742 (4.44%) (Dec. '23 - June '24)

2/ UnitedHealth Group outpacing the rest of the market in 2025 (excluding acquisition growth)
