1/ MA/MAPD enrollment count growth lags last year, October growth down.

  • MA/MAPD enrollment count grew another 49,111 (Sept. '25 - Oct. '25)

  • Down compared to 85,846 growth last year (Sept. '24 - Oct. '24)

  • YTD MA/MAPD enrollment count up 1,138,485 (3.35%) YTD (Dec. '24 - Oct. '25)

  • down compared to last year 1,748,011 (5.43%) (Dec. '23 - Oct. '24)

2/ UnitedHealth Group outpacing the rest of the market in 2025 (excluding acquisition growth)
