October MA/MAPD enrollment observations
1/ October MA/MAPD growth outpaces last year, though YTD gains remain well below 2025 levels.
MA/MAPD enrollment count grew another 59,459 (Sept ‘26 - Oct ‘26)
up compared to 49,111 growth last year (Sept ‘25 - Oct ‘25)
YTD MA/MAPD enrollment count up 656,098 (1.9%) YTD (Dec '25 - Oct '26)
significantly down compared to last year 1,138,485 (3.4%) (Dec '24 - Oct '25)
