Enrollment Trends Among Non‑Commissionable Plans
Effective January 2026, nine parent organizations transitioned their Medicare Advantage plans to either modified‑commission or non‑commissionable status.
The chart below highlights enrollment growth or decline for these plans during AEP (comparing December 2025 to February 2026 enrollment).
